Great half term

We had a wonderful and very busy half term in FS2 during Spring 1! Lots of exciting learning took place linked to our topic 'Mirror, Mirror'. We  read lots of traditional tales, acted out stories, drew pictures and painted out favourite characters, written captions linked to 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears' and even made houses for 'The Three Little Pigs' using construction and creative materials! We are excited for our next learning journey this half term, 'Are eggs alive?'. We have just started reading our focus story 'Farmer Duck' and will be focussing on farm/farm animals for the next 2 weeks. 

Please remember to bring your learning logs back during the first week of this half term. Also, please read regularly at home with your child and ensure you bring your book bags back each Friday, so your child's books can be changed. All 5 books in each pack must be returned please.
