Happy Easter!

Hi Year 2,

We were thrilled in our house yesterday to discover the Easter Bunny was in fact a key worker and was able to deliver our Easter eggs!

I hope you all got some chocolate and had a lovely day with your family.

As I have said before we are also trying to keep busy at home and I thought I would share a few successes from our house over the last few days

A Facebook Page called Crafty Teacup Creative Centre had some lovely ideas for using up old egg boxes. We used them to make the turtles.  

Today I saw on Facebook that The Deep were showing us how to draw characters from the book Marti the Hammerhead Shark.  I am not the best at drawing (which is why I mostly leave it to Mrs Burgess) but I really enjoyed the step by step drawing instructions and managed to do a pretty good job (even if I do say so myself).

Hope they help to keep you busy! I will keep updating you with any ideas we try and enjoy. 

I miss you all soooooooooooooo much Year 2! Stay safe, follow the rules and I will hopefully see you all soon.
