Welcome back everyone. It has been lovely to hear all about your fantastic holidays.

This week we have been focussing on our new topic ‘Let’s Explore’ and our new key text – ‘Going on a Bear Hunt’ by Michael Rosen. We have all really enjoyed reading this story and joining in with the refrains. We have been busy acting parts of it out using some of the story’s vocabulary. We have learnt to sign parts of the story and have been using this when are retelling the story. 

We have also been busy building caves for the bear in construction and loose parts and we have been working on our independent cutting skills and have created a bear of our own.
