Lots of learning....

In FS2 the children continue to settle into our routines. We have now started our Little Wandle Phonics sessions as well as our daily Maths carpet time. It has been lovely to hear parents saying their children can recognise the graphemes we have taught e.g. s, a, t in their reading books. This week the children have enjoyed sharing books at the start of the day, role-playing in our 'car wash' and talking about their own families. Outdoors, children have used natural materials to create representations of themselves or family members. Sticks have been used for legs, leaves have been used for the face. In our construction area, some children worked with Miss Wordsworth to make 'The London Eye'. Lots of creative work!!
