Trip to Cleethorpes

We had a great time on our trip to Cleethorpes on Tuesday! We loved visiting the lifeboat station and everyone listened carefully to Andy and Matt. The children asked some really thoughtful and interesteing questions.

We walked along the promenade to the beach where we had our lunch and played with our beach toys. Some children were enjoying playing on the sand so much they didn't want to eat their lunch! We also had a delicious ice cream but we did get a bit sticky!

Finally we had a ride on the land train to see the pier and have a last play on the sand before home. We waved at everyone as we drove past them!

I was so proud to be their teacher as everyone was so well behaved, kind and polite all day, it was a pleasure to be at the seaside with them all.
