Year 3 learn about Mosques

This afternoon, as part of our RE work, we have been continuing to learn about Islam. Today we learned about the importance of a mosque to a Muslim and how they treat the mosque with respect. The children then had a go at sketching a mosque and labelling its features such as the dome and minaret.
